Shipping to the United States

We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after the purchase is completed.

We use reliable shipping providers to deliver your order. Most products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers managed through Zendrop.


Estimated Delivery Times

Orders shipped within the United States do not incur additional customs duties or import taxes for the customer.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping origin:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed and calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

Ferreslod is not responsible for any additional costs that are not included in the total amount paid at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, transportation responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. In cases of significant delays or lost packages, we will review each situation individually and provide an appropriate solution when applicable.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Shipping to remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes may be subject to additional delivery times or restrictions.

We ship only within the United States.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates.
