Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase

Return Process

Once your return request has been submitted and approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions.

Returns must be sent only to the return address provided after approval.
Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Your order number

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund, as applicable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Banking processing times may vary depending on the financial institution

Return Shipping

Tracking Recommendation:
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number for all returns.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit if no tracking number is provided.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We do not guarantee receipt of returns without tracking
